Freedom Breeder’s liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the thermostat unit. Under no circumstances shall Freedom Breeder be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of animals, damage to enclosures or equipment, or any business or residential losses.
