What is ProLine?
Improved Design with Peace of Mind…
ProLine racks were conceptualized as the evolution to our original “Classic Series”—improving upon minor design inconveniences that were reported over the years. With the introduction of the ProLine Series we were also able to reduce overall production time, lower costs, and allow more users the ability to more-easily repair their racks. Because we all know… S&%T happens.
Even with the introduction of select plastic components, we made sure ProLine racks remained just as solid, durable, and stable as our Classic racks. That’s why every ProLine level is still fully welded together—without the use of plastic corner joints that can loosen or wobble over time.
Improved ProLine tub channels provide smoother, snag-free tub operation without scraping/grinding down tubs or worry about channels bending or breaking over time.
The updated ProLine level connectors allow rack levels to be stacked and unstacked with ease, while also eliminating the risk of an entire level becoming unusable if a connector is ever damaged. Instead of needing welding repairs or a full replacement level, individual components can simply be replaced.
And for added peace of mind, replacement ProLine parts are readily available directly through our website.

- All ProLine Mini racks ship in boxes—that’s right, NO FREIGHT!
- Each ProLine Mini includes a stainless-steel tabletop, adding extra utility for storage or workspace use while also preventing dust and debris from falling into the top tub—for a cleaner, more complete setup.
- By reducing the height of the base frame and incorporating two fixed caster wheels into our new Mini Base Frame design, we lowered the rack’s center of gravity to create a stronger, more stable foundation for the narrower footprint.
- Thanks to these innovations, we’ve also been able to introduce several ProLine Mini-exclusive configurations, including a two-column FB10 model and single-column FB20 and FB40 models.
Mixing Levels & Adding Levels?
- The FB70 ProLine Mini and FB80 ProLine Mini models are compatible for mixed-level stacking with one another as well as with some select past rack models.
- No other ProLine Mini models are compatible with mixed-level configurations.
- Additional levels can be added to any rack order.
- Individual levels, add-on levels for existing ProLine Mini racks, as well as mixed ProLine Mini configurations are available via the “Order By-Level” page.
Shipping & Assembly
All ProLine Mini (PL Mini) racks ship partially assembled via standard ground shipping (UPS) in approximately 3–4 boxes for the base configuration (4–7 tub levels + base frame and tabletop, depending on the model).
Unlike freight shipments, PL Mini racks are delivered without a delivery appointment or signature required.
All tub channels come pre-installed and already riveted on each level prior to shipping. A detailed Assembly & Setup Guide will be printed and included with each PL Mini rack.
NO screws, NO rivets, NO complicated assembly.
