Due to the nature of these products, items that can be cut, bent, or modified (including heat tape and wiring), along with items that cannot be verified as unused (such as water valves, tubing, and other water system components), are not eligible for return or refund. All sales are final.
IMPORTANT: Water nozzles, tubing, and all water system parts require adjustment BEFORE use. We recommend adjusting nozzles and then letting them sit overnight before adding rats to bins as they could leak and flood tubs if not adjusted properly. This may take a few tries to get just right.
