ORDER STATUS “complete” only refers to the processing status of an order and does not reflect as to whether the order is manufactured, packaged, or shipped. All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped in the order they are placed and paid. Customers will be sent a shipping confirmation email (with tracking number(s) included), once an order has shipped.
