Clips over front of tubs to prevent tubs from being pushed out of the rack – to prevent reptiles from escaping. On multi-tub levels (2 or more) a large clip can be used (if placed between two tubs) to lock two tubs with one clip – Classic racks only, not able to do with ProLine racks). Standard size should be placed on the front-center of each tub to securely lock.
Our Rodent 44-4, Reptile 66-4, and Reptile 66-6 racks use our “Large” size tub clips.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: If your rack is a ProLine model or is a Classic with our new plastic ventilation clips (rather than the classic embossed metal vent clips), these locking tub clips will not fit properly and will not sit flush over the plastic vent clips – due to the increased thickness of the plastic.
